I
say Kakashi would win 7/10 times. Kakashi is a lot more well
rounded and smarter. Guy may have more firepower when all is said and
done but Kakashi’s intelligence gives him the edge. After all I can easily
see Guy plowing through a lightning clone, being momentarily paralyzed,
and then killed in that instant. I don't think Guy at his base is faster
than Kakashi's sharingan either so Kamui should be able to catch him. If
Guy does use the gates then Kakashi can tunnel underground and wait him
out.
